Welcome to Fitoor. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

Fitoor is an online fashion brand offering prepaid products only. By using our website and services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and agree to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Products & Orders

All product images, descriptions, and measurements are provided for reference purposes. Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, size charts, and measurements carefully before placing an order. Orders once placed are considered confirmed unless cancelled before dispatch as per our cancellation policy.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. All payments on Fitoor are prepaid only and processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Fitoor does not store or have access to sensitive payment details such as card numbers, UPI PINs, or bank credentials.

4. Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Fitoor follows a strict No Return and No Exchange policy. All products sold are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Orders placed with incorrect size, color selection, or due to a change of mind are not eligible for return or exchange.

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances. Cancellation requests must be made immediately after placing the order via Instagram DM (@wearfitoor) or email (wearfitoor@gmail.com). If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of checkout. Fitoor is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances. Any delivery-related updates will be communicated using the contact details provided by the customer.

6. User Communication

By placing an order with Fitoor, you consent to receive order-related communication via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram for confirmations, updates, support, or cancellations. We do not send spam or unsolicited promotional messages.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Personal information shared with Fitoor is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used only for order processing, communication, support, and service improvement. We do not sell, rent, or trade customer data.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fitoor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services, including but not limited to sizing issues or customer preference concerns.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Fitoor website, including images, logos, text, and designs, is the intellectual property of Fitoor and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

10. Changes to Terms

Fitoor reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the website. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
